After a two-year fight against tiny ants in the kitchen, I called them and in a matter of hours they came to my place. The job was done in the planned timeframe (sprayed the outdoors and window sills inside the house). Very thorough, no mess at all, no smell inside out house (a light good one outside for an hour or so). As a bonus I got some very good advice and a pleasant short chat. Skilled, friendly and honest. This year (having not rebaited) they came again and dissuaded me from having more boxes, and just rebaited and repositioned the existing ones to save me money. No issues since.
